Recruitment Process

Send us your CV and a few lines about what you are looking for. We read every application carefully and assess fit with both your expectations and our current needs. If the profile aligns, we move to the next step promptly.

You will be invited to two or three conversations with members of our team — a technical discussion, a project-based exchange, and a conversation about your career direction and what you want to build. No trick questions. No unnecessary process.

Interviews do not tell the whole story. We invite shortlisted candidates to meet the team — at our offices in Lisbon or Casablanca, or at the events and forums where we are present. Get a real sense of who we are before you decide.

Onboarding at Lumveris is structured and supported. You will not be handed a laptop and left to figure it out. Your first weeks are designed to integrate you into the team, the methodology, and the client context as quickly and smoothly as possible.
